Where are you going on your Honeymoon?

If you dont mind me asking, where is everyone going on there honeymoon, and about how much do you think you will spend on car, hotel, and flight?
We just booked ours this weekend to Orlando. For two reasons, we are amusement park people, and it was more affordable at this point in time then going to Hawaii. Well we booked through travelocity, and got a Suite at the Hilton hotel, round trip coach tickets 
were only on the plane for 2 hours so coach it was) and a rental car for about $2500.00 for 7 days. Do you think thats reasonable? Or could i have done better. I did shop around quite a bit, and i thought that this wasnt so bad.
I just want to edit that it is the Hilton Resort, so i can get a massage!! Yay!

Sounds funs!
We aren’t going but we WENT to El Dorado Seaside Suites… an all-inclusive resort an hour south of Cancun, Mexico. We went about two months ago and it was wonderful.
Orlando sounds like a bunch of fun too! We thought about going there but we got married in December. Have fun!

That sounds fun!! We are trying to decide between Paris or Ireland… I found an awesome trip on train through Ireland with stops and dinner and tea included at a castle; it was around 2600 for the two of us for 7 days I think… If we don’t get to do that i’m going to look for something quaint and different in the states to do, but i’m hoping for Ireland!! =)

we rented a house in the Outer Banks, North Carolina on the beach. my fiance can not fly right now so we had to do something that was in driving distance from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. i think we will end up spending about $2500 also after dining, gas and activities get figured in.

for hotel, flight, and car it was $2500.

We are going on a cruise to Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Egypt. The cruise came to about $4000 altogether for twelve days, the flights are round trip (to Italy) for about $2000. We are staying at a hotel in Italy when we first fly in (paranoid we are going to miss the boat!) and that is $500, which I was not expecting but our travel agent told us that is the normal price. No extra transportation needed.
Not sure about car prices but if that was the lowest you found and you did a lot of shopping around, it is probably good.

Actually I lucked out on this one and we are both getting 27 days off from work (5 weeks, 41 days total since there is a holiday in the middle of it which we had off for). First we go to Spain (Valencia for 2 days, then Barcelona for 2.) From there we are leaving for a 17 day cruise through the Mediterranean going to each of these cities from 9am day one until 9pm day two.

Naples, Italy
Mykonos, Greece
Istanbul, Turkey
Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
Athens, Greece
Venice, Italy
Then we are spending 3 days in Tuscany in a home I own there. Then taking a train up to Paris for 5 days, and then fly up to London for 7 days. We went crazy for deals and ended up getting First Class airline tickets, amazing hotels, and a suite on the boat. Not including spending money it is costing 12,000 which if you look around is a great deal. SO EXCITED!!!
I can’t wait to eat and shop and spend 40 days alone with my new husband.

Yours sounds really good. We were pricing out disney world awhile ago and it was just about there and didn’t sound as nice as yours. I love massages

Me and my soon to be hubby are going to Kauai, Hawaii for 9 days in July (few days after the wedding). We did Car/Hotel/Flight for $2400 through a travel agent.
I think you did good, if you can go somewhere fun for at least a week under $3000 then I think you did just fine!

We got married in Italy, so we did not have a big honeymoon, but we did go on a cruise to Hawaii a few months later. I think your honeymoon sounds like fun, i even more so if you guys like amusement parks….ENJOY!!!!
